Constructed on a steep and tightly confined street, the project presented significant logistical and access challenges that required careful planning and coordination across every stage of construction.

Challenges
The main challenges on this project involved the restricted site access, limited working space and the complexity of coordinating hydraulic services within a full concrete and AFS wall structure.

Due to the confined conditions and steep site location, materials handling and service installation required detailed staging and planning to keep the project progressing efficiently.

Extensive coordination was also required throughout the structural and rough-in stages to integrate services within the concrete and AFS systems while maintaining programme and build quality standards.
