The earlier the better. We prefer to be engaged before slab pour so we can coordinate hydraulic markups, drainage runs and hot water sizing alongside your design team. Late engagement is one of the most common causes of project delays and costly rework.
A flow and return hot water system circulates hot water continuously through a dedicated return line, so hot water is delivered to the tap almost instantly. It is a standard inclusion in larger custom homes and high-end builds where long pipe runs would otherwise create delays. We design and install these systems for luxury residential projects across Sydney.
