Overview
A high-end double storey office refurbishment delivered for a leading real estate firm, completed alongside premium architectural and interior finishes designed by Tamsin Johnson.

The project involved a complete plumbing renewal across the building, working within an active premium fit-out that demanded a high level of coordination and precision throughout every stage of works.

Challenges
The premium nature of the fit-out and architectural finishes required an extremely high level of attention to detail at every stage. Existing hydraulic and stormwater issues needed to be resolved while minimising unnecessary demolition and cost impact to the broader build.

Pipe relining technology was used to repair sections of existing pipework without major excavation or disruption to the building, allowing the architectural and interior finishes to be preserved throughout the refurbishment.
