Overview
A high-end luxury residence featuring premium finishes, curved architectural elements and extensive external works including pool and pump systems.

The project required detailed coordination and a high level of workmanship to deliver the full hydraulic installation in line with the architectural vision set by the design team.

Challenges
The main challenges on this project involved the overall complexity of the hydraulic installation, coordination with multiple service trades, and working around the detailed structural elements throughout the build.

Extensive planning and communication were required to manage service clashes while maintaining both the architectural and structural integrity of the project.

The presence of pool and pump systems alongside premium fit-off works added further coordination layers, requiring close alignment with the builder and finishing trades at every stage of delivery.
