Overview
A boutique multi-residential development designed with soft but striking curves, while retaining the existing building structure.The build features curved glass, generous balconies and living rooms oriented towards the view, allowing all three full-floor apartments to maximise the site location and harbour outlook.
Challenges
A major challenge on this project was the extensive amount of cast-in hydraulic works required during the structural stage, driven by strict height limitations and the cantilever slab design.
Careful planning and coordination were essential to ensure all services were accurately positioned prior to concrete pours while maintaining slab integrity and meeting architectural requirements.
Close coordination with the builder and finishing trades was also required to integrate services within the curved architectural design while preserving a clean finish across all three full-floor residences.
